What is a Pre-Order ?

Pre-ordering is a purchasing method that allows customers to reserve an item before it becomes available for general sale. Once purchased, your order is sent to our manufacturer for production, then returned to the Vexilius Team for quality inspection, and finally shipped out to YOU! The whole process generally takes 3-8 weeks for orders to start shipping.

How Does Pre-Order Shipping Work?

To ensure a smooth and organized fulfillment process, pre-orders will be shipped in batches within the 3-8 week timeframe:

• Batch 1: The first 100 orders will be shipped first.
• Batch 2: Orders 101-200 will be shipped 7-10 days after Batch 1.
• Batch 3 and beyond: Each following batch will continue shipping every 7-day interval, following the 100-order batch system, until all pre-orders are fulfilled.

The specific batch your order falls into will be confirmed via email, so make sure to check your inbox for updates!

Order Processing & Cancellations

- Once the website closes, all pre-orders will be finalized and sent for production.

- If your order is canceled before the site closes, it is likely due to a fraud risk detected by our system. In this case, we recommend using an alternative payment method to complete your purchase before the site officially closes.

- If your order is canceled after the site has closed, we will contact you regarding this issue. However, please note that this is a limited-time release, and once the pre-order period ends, the item will not come back.
